YOU DO. If you should receive a client from our development team, and that client refers you – you own the referral. IF you should seek our development team’s assistance then there would be a charge.

NO. If you are not satisfied with our offering we request a 30 day notice. Once you have left the firm, you cannot sign up with Focused.com (our fulfillment company for some of our collateral materials) for 6 months. If the clients came from our development team, the client stays with the firm.

NO, however those who fully engage tend to garner the highest fees for coaching.

NO. You are a 1099 contractor. Based on the rules of the United States IRS, you do not meet the definition of an employee.

NO. We aggressively protect the brand. It must be a good fit for all parties. Abide Business coaching does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

YES. If after 14 weeks you have not obtained a client, your monthly subscription will be reduced to $200 per month until we have helped you acquire a client. You, as an ABIDE Coach, will be asked to provide the company a guarantee which requires you to be committed to the processes and engaged with your coach.

NO. There is no onboarding fee to join the firm (franchise fee), nor is there a monthly royalty. There IS a flat monthly subscription fee to the firm of $1250 per month. This provides all the collateral previously discussed.
