We have clients - we need coaches. ABIDE Business Coaching is able to supplement your efforts in acquiring clients. In our one on one coaching with you - we also walk with you in getting your own clients. If ABIDE provides the clients, we do a revenue share. If you acquire your client on your own or with our help via coaching - there is no revenue share. The fees are 100% yours.
Desire a peer group of other coaches who support each other?
On a monthly basis, a 2-hour peer group call is taking place. On this call, we will report what you are working on and where you are stuck. The others in the group will ask you clarifying questions to help you think through your situation. It is true... there is no “new problem under the sun.” Having a sounding board is so important. Another benefit of this monthly call is as coaches, we give and give. This is a time for others to make deposits into you. Last, we have an annual conference for the purpose of fellowship, fun, and learning.
Desire to be a coach?
Beyond the monthly peer group, weekly one on one coaching is available to you from the firm executives. Our desire is that you are successful in your coaching and your life. This one-on-one coaching comes at zero cost to you. We know that healthy, happy coaches will bring in more coaches as well as more clients. We have two asks. First, if you choose to do one-on-one coaching with an executive team member that you are fully committed to it – just as you want those whom you coach to be. Second, that you pay it forward and be available for calls from your colleagues outside the monthly peer group.
Desire a Framework?
